2.Our designer will make a professional drawing according to your product layout.

3.After your confirmation of the drawings , inform us the material and types you need .

4.We will do quote once get the confirmation of you.

5.Note : Customers can order all products samples we put or you can also have your own idea ,

as we are custom-made product supplier , so different colors and types are available .

Q1:When can I get the quotation?

A1:We usually quote within 12 hours after we get your inquiry.If you are very urgent to get the price,pls call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

Q2:How can I get a sample to check your quality?

A2:After price confirmation,you can require for samples to check our quality.If you need the samles,we will charge for the sample cost.But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the MOQ.

Q3:Can you do the design for us?

A3:We have a professional team having rich experience in manufacturing.We could supply customized size,grade of material,and the coating.We also could supply the package according to your request.

Q4:How long can I expect to get the sample?

A4:After you pay the samples charge and send us confirmed files,the samples will be ready in 1-5 days for the regular specification.Or it will take about 15 days to produce new samples.The samples will be send to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days.You can use your own express account or prepay us if you don’t have an account.

Q5:What abount the lead time for mass production?

A5:Honestly,it depends on the order quantity and your specific requirements of products.

Q6:What is your terms of delivery?

A6:a:For the weight is under 100kg,we suggest shipment by FedEx,DHL or UPS;this is the fastest and most expensive.

b:For the weight is between 100-200kg,we suggest shipment by air;this is fast and expensive

c:For the weight is above 200kg,we suggest shipment by sea;this is the slowest and the cheapest
