-Please send us photos to check, and the sample, we will make a drawing in Proe,CAD,UG or Solidworks format for your approval.

How long will I get your samples?

-Depends on your requirement material and design, 5 to 10 days.

What’s your minumum order quantity(MOQ)?

-piece, small order quantities are welcome.

-We work very closely with the logistic brokers,always to get themost safe and economic solution regarding express delivery, air shipment or sea shipment.

If you make parts wrong, do you refund money?

-If the parts are wrong, we will return your money or we can make correct parts to you again.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons.

B:If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?

A: Aim at low quantity ,we will ship the goods after 100% deposit ,

B: If it is large quantity ,we could T/T 30% as deposit ,and 70% before delivery.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 5 to 20 days after receiving your deposit.

B: The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of you order.
